Kurt experienced survivor guilt, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and recurring nightmares when he returned home from Iraq as an Army Veteran. With therapy, meditation, exercise, and support from loved ones, he found a path to healing. Now, he urges other Veterans to face their mental health challenges.
