Following multiple Army deployments to Iraq, Kenny felt numb and angry. He experienced nightmares and had trouble interacting with his wife and son. After he was diagnosed with PTSD, Kenny started counseling and cognitive processing therapy, and he was able to open up. He can now express his emotions, and he’s managing his nightmares.
