During two tours in Iraq, Josh experienced mortar and rocket attacks. After the military, sirens and certain smells would bother him. A trip abroad led him to feel anxious and irritable. He talked to a friend about what he was going through, and she recognized signs of PTSD. He went to VA, and therapy helped him learn ways to manage his triggers.
