Robert served with the Navy in Iraq, and he also deployed to the Pacific to provide tsunami aid. When he got home, he felt out of place. He couldn’t sleep, and he felt uncomfortable in public places. With a psychologist’s help, he realized how deeply his experiences had affected him. Robert found ways to manage his challenges and live well.
