As a helicopter pilot in Vietnam, Don medevaced injured soldiers. When he came home, he drank to try and keep nightmares about his experiences at bay. Eventually, legal troubles and homelessness led Don to reach out to VA. Through treatment and therapy, he found the strength to get his life on track.
