When Sam left the Marines after a tour in Afghanistan, he had a hard time transitioning to civilian life. Anxiety and anger led to the end of a relationship. Reaching a low point, he decided to seek mental health care. He learned the value of finding the right counselor, and opening up about his challenges helped him feel well again.
