An IED blast brought an early end to Aaron’s career in the Navy. When he got home, he felt numb and angry. He kept trying to recapture the adrenaline rush of combat. When Aaron’s wife encouraged him to get professional help, he began talking about his challenges with a psychologist and in group therapy. Now Aaron has tools to keep him living well.
