When Matt received a hopeless, late-night call from an Army buddy, he knew something was wrong. After he helped stop his friend from attempting suicide, he realized he needed to take care of his own mental health. Matt went to a Vet Center and saw a psychologist. He says his treatment saved his life, and he encourages fellow Veterans to reach out.
