Drew experienced the traumas of war firsthand while deployed to Afghanistan with the U.S. Army. A month after he was discharged, the symptoms of PTSD began to affect him. He became numb and withdrew from his family and friends. With mental health support and cognitive behavioral therapy, Drew was able to find a better place again and reconnect with his loved ones.
No matter what you may be experiencing, there is support for getting your life on a better track. Many, many Veterans have found the strength to reach out and make the connection.
